The issue is assessed and you receive a clear proposal, with an indication of cost where that is possible at that stage.
Repair or install
Agreed work is carried out: from software and drivers to replacing parts or migrating data.
Handover
The device is tested and you get a short explanation of what was done and what to watch for next.
