Practical Information

Our PC assembly service includes expert consultation, careful selection of high-quality components, professional assembly, installation of an operating system, system updates, drivers, BIOS configuration and thorough testing. We also gladly give advice after assembly. Upon pickup, you receive a ready-to-use computer with additional instructions for use and maintenance.

Typically, the assembly process and accompanied tests take about 1 to 2 business days once all components are received. For more complex builds, additional time may be required – but we always provide a clear timeline upfront.

We offer installation of several popular operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, and the following Linux distributions: Ubuntu, Pop!_OS, Linux Mint and Manjaro. If you prefer a different Linux distribution, you can request it.

We carefully inspect each component upon unboxing and during assembly. Our assembly takes place in a static-free environment. We follow an in-house procedure where we tune the BIOS to recommended settings. In addition, we use industry-standard tests and benchmarks to monitor the performance of your system.

Technical Support:
We provide free advice and answer questions about your system (hardware, drivers and BIOS). For more extensive technical support, we offer paid assistace on-premise, in our workshop or remote support, depending on the issue.

Warranty:
If you purchased parts yourself, we assist you in contacting sellers and help with RMA procedures when warranty claims are needed. For custom quote projects, warranty terms are discussed as part of the quote process.

Nivid does not deliver assembled PCs to your address. All completed systems must be picked up from our workshop in Harelbeke, regardless of which parts acquisition option you choose.
