How we work:
1. Persoonlijk Consult
We beginnen met een kennismakingsgesprek om uw specifieke wensen vereisten te begrijpen. Deze informatie helpt ons beter om gepaste componenten te selecteren voor uw nieuw systeem.
- Monitoren: We gaan na wat uw huidige en toekomstige monitorconfiguratie is.
- Randapparatuur: We houden rekening met de benodigde aanslutingen voor uw randapparatuur.
- Uitbreidingsmogelijkheden: Indien gewenst, en waar mogelijk, houden we upgrade routes open om een future-proof systeem te bouwen.
- Softwarebehoeften: Veelgebruikte software zoals grafische ontwerptoepassingen, games of zakelijke software, spelen ook een belangrijke rol.
- Besturingssysteem: Indien gewenst, wordt een Windows OS (10, 11) of bij voorkeur een Linux OS (Ubuntu, Mint, PopOS) geïnstalleerd na assemblage, of wordt uw bestaand systeem overgedragen.
2. Budget Bespreking
Samen met u bespreken we uw gewenst budget voor de assemblage van een nieuwe computer. Samen met de reeds verzamelde informatie, start onze selectie aan onderdelen.
3. PartPicking
We opteren steeds voor hoogwaardige componenten van reputabele merken binnen hun prijsklasse en stellen één of meerdere lijsten aan compatibiele componenten op. We bezorgen u deze lijst(en) samen met verkooppunten die deze PC onderdelen aanbieden zodat u deze kunt bestellen. Het afleveradres kan mits voorafgaande afspraak ingesteld worden op het adres van Nivid om het assemblageproces te vereenvoudigen.
4. Levering
Wanneer de onderdelen bij ons zijn geleverd, controlleren we de inhoud van uw bestelling en vergelijken de geleverde onderdelen met de bestelbon en gaan na dat de zegels van verzegelde verpakkingen intact zijn. Bij vaststelling van onregelmatigheden, schade of defecten bij levering, wordt u steeds op de hoogte gesteld om hierna contact op te nemen met de eindverkoper. Indien geen problemen zijn vastgesteld, starten we met de assemblage van uw computer.
5. Assemblage en Tests:
Nu begint het technische werk. en assembleren uw systeem met uiterste precisie. Na de assemblage stellen we aangeraden BIOS configuraties in, en wordt een besturingssysteem geïnstalleerd of overgedragen.
Bij het gebruik van Windows, verzorgen we de installatie van recente Windows Updates, alsook de nodige Drivers voor uw nieuwe hardware. Tot slot voeren we uitgebreide tests uit om ervoor te zorgen dat de computer voldoet aan de verwachte prestaties en temperaturen.
6. Ingebruikname en Follow-up:
Zodra alles is voltooid, wordt uw systeem klaargezet voor ophaling, samen met alle originele verpakkingen en reserve onderdelen. We informeren u over het gebruik van uw nieuw systeem, waar u op dient te letten, alsook hoe u op zelfstandige basis de behuizing kunt openen en luchtfilters dient te reinigen.
Na uw ingebruikname volgen we graag met u op om na te gaan of alles naar wens verloopt. Bij enige problemen is assistentie op afstand mogelijk. Tevredenheid van onze klanten is onze hoogste prioriteit.

We aim to complete most services within 1-2 business days after all required parts/products have been delivered to us, but some tasks may require more time. We will always provide you with an estimated completion time.
The warranty on your purchases is always in your name. Nivid only offers consulting, assembly, installation, configuration, repairs and maintenance of/on computers to achieve a ready-to-use computer. If irregularities, damage or defects occur that are discovered upon delivery or within the warranty period of your parts, you must contact the final seller from whom you ordered the parts.
Nivid is not responsible for damage, accidents or theft during the transport or delivery of products, and is covered by professional liability insurance in respect of the professional services offered.
